Near fine with former owner's name on front cover and "complimentary" in ink to top of first page. Bulletin Two from Rapeer, Director, National School of Social Research and President, Federation for American Childhood. Bulletin one was titled "The Learning and Teaching Processes." This monograph also appeared as a chapter in his book, "The Consolidated Rural School," published by Scribner's in 1920. Discusses lighting, windows, ventilation, toilet facilities, etc. No holdings for this booklet on Worldcat.
