The final 18 pages (1st & 2nd supplements) interleaved, as issued. Full title reads: "The constitution and laws of the Universal Community Society of Rational Religionists : as revised by the Congress, held in Birmingham, May, 1839, and enrolled under the Acts, 10 Geo.IV. c.56, and 4 and 5 Will.IV. c.40 / established May 1, 1835, under the names of the 'Association of all classes of all nations', and the 'National Community Friendly Society'". Gale electronic resource copy has first, third & fourth supplements, but not second. First supplement is caption- titled and sub- headed: "The following are the alterations in, and additions to, the laws of the Society, made in May, 1840, pursuant to 10 George IV. c. 56, s. 9; and which are printed so as to be cut up and pasted into the places to which they bear reference - or they may be put in at the end of the laws, and marks of reference made to show where the different clauses are to be introduced".
