Hence Construction professionals should possess a knowledge of the Partnership and Company Law.

Author-former Asst.Director ?Ministry of Finance & Planning/General Treasury, Sri Lanka. He obtained LLB(Hons)- Law Degree and LL.M-Post Graduate Law Degree from the University of Colombo,Sri Lanka. He is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court and also Notary Public.Now he is a Lecturer in Construction Law in University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
