Alejandro José Gallard Martínez is a Professor and Goizueta Distinguished Chair at Georgia Southern University’s College of Education, Department of Teaching and Learning. He is also the Director of the Georgia Center for Educational Renewal. The platform for his research is to explore equity and social justice in education in general and in science education specifically.
S. Lizette Ramos de Robles is a Professor of Biology and Environmental Health Sciences in the Department of Environmental Sciences at the University of Guadalajara, Mexico. Her research focuses on sociological and cultural aspects of discourse in the teaching and learning of science, especially in multilingual contexts.
