The Program Committee was led by the following Track Chairs and Special Session Chairs: Srinivas Aluru, Rajkumar Buyya, Yeh-Ching Chung, Sumeet Dua, Ananth Grama, Sandeep Gupta, Rajeev Kumar and Vir Phoha.I would like to thank the Program Committee, the Track Chairs and Special Session Chairs for their tremendous effort.
