The contributions were presented at seminars of the Centre for Information and Research on Organized Crime (CIROC). It represents the third installment of such a volume, after Global Organized Crime: Trends and Developments (Siegel et al, 2003) and Organized Crime: Culture, Markets and Policies (Siegel and Nelen, 2008).
