Shipping cost to US addresses for the first book is $7.00 and $1.50 for each additional book. Insurance is additional at customer request only. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Please email for a quote to ship via faster services (such as USPS Priority Mail or FedEx) or to ship outside of the US since these vary greatly by weight.
