Contemporary Practice & Theory of Organizations: Part 2 -- Leading & Changing the Organisation

Organizations are the central entities of the business world, comprising multiple people pursuing a collective goal while being linked to an external environment. Both academics and practitioners have kept up a continuing interest in advancing their understanding of organizations. This is the first of two volumes dedicated to the state of the art of theories and practices of organizations. It is the outcome of contributions by alumni and alumnae of the ESB Business School at Reutlingen University. This second volume provides an overview of key modern leadership and coaching themes, as well as on organizational interventions.

Dr Daniel Simonovich is a professor for strategic management at ESB Business School at Reutlingen University and also taught at INSEAD, HEC Paris, and the Technical University of Munich. In Reutlingen, he is a co-director of the International Institute for Strategic Leadership.

Dr Timea Havar-Simonovich is a co-director of the International Institute for Strategic Leadership on the campus of Reutlingen University. She has taught organizational behaviour at ESB Business School and other institutions, such as the University of Strasbourg and HEC Paris.
