About this Item

Bi-Lingual edition, French - English. The libretto is undated, but it has Gatti-Casazza listed on the ornate front board as being the general manager of the Met. Gatti-Casazza was general manager of the Met from 1908 to 1935 so this libretto dates from that period. Also the back board has an ad, depicted Maria Jeritza proclaiming her love for the Knabe piano.
