Pink boards illustrated in colour, gilt top edge, red stamped titles, gilt titles to spine, illustrated epps, 154pp, text in French 8 colour plates tipped in and numerous b&w illustrations, price certificate pasted to ffep, boards are faded to the spine and edges, head and foot of spine worn, corners bumped, binding is tight, though split between half title page and fepp showing 4 cm of guttering, edges of pages lightly tanned, overall pages are clean and bright.
