About the Author

Control Your Day is the final result of a work system I have been using and enhancing for the past 5 years. It has allowed me to stay on top of my workload and reduce the time and stress involved in dealing with the daily onslaught of email messages. I hear so many people complaining about how much time they spend trying to stay on top of their email, I truly believe this book can help. I grew up on the east coast of the U.S. and now live and work in Richmond, Virginia with my lovely wife, two boys and our chocolate Lab. I am an avid mountain biker and occasional marathoner.
