Panic Attacks are debilitating. Only the sufferer's of panic / anxiety attacks can truly understand their intensity and debilitating nature. This book is a self-help to aid such sufferers. The author has the direct experience of having suffered from them himself and thus provides a personal viewpoint on what happens during a panic attack and how best to deal with it. He provides and easy to understand description on the psychological basis to panic attacks and also a route to treating not just the panic attack itself but the underlying causes to enable you to return to a 'normal' anxiety free life.

David Leahy has a Psychology Degree and two Masters Degrees in Ergonomics and Computing. He currently lives in Bristol in the United Kingdom and works in the area of Ergonomics.
