Conversations With Dad: Words of Wisdom to Help Raise Your Frequency (Paperback or Softback)

I never fully appreciated how wise my dad was until he was gone, so I set out on a journey to ensure his wisdom would never be lost.

My dad, Kuai Chi HO, came from a privileged background, but his life took a drastic turn when he lost his mother at just eight years old. Despite facing immense hardship and abandonment at the hands of the rest of his family, he refused to be defeated by his circumstances. Instead, he channelled this powerful energy towards bettering himself and seeking inner wisdom.

“We all have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No one has more or less; we are all equal.”

“Intuition is like someone knocking on your door; you may ignore it and disregard it as your imagination, or you can open the door and welcome it in, sitting with it for a while to see how you feel.”

Conversations with Dad takes readers on a thrilling journey, immersing them in a captivating true story that unfolds in the vibrant landscapes of Macau, Hong Kong, Japan, and New Zealand. Guided by my dad's spirit, we embark on an adventure to uncover the universe's mysteries and access profound wisdom that raises our vibrational frequency and expands our consciousness beyond time and space.

“Conversations with Dad is a constant companion, whether in your quiet moments or counselling a dear friend over coffee, you can turn to any page and drink in the timeless wisdom.”

“In this highly anticipated book from Sophie, we are granted a ticket - if not a key - to access the unknowns of the universe, no matter where you are in your spiritual journey. I said from the beginning that if Sophie can do this, then so can I and anybody else who wants to get in touch with their spirituality. Her book normalises such a vital part of our lives - our departed loved ones want to communicate, and we want to listen to their wisdom. Thank you Sophie for opening up the channels and leading us down the paths that make connecting with the universe accessible to us. We are never apart from those who came before us.”
