Exterior very poor: worn and scuffed leather covers detached, leather over spine missing, two end pages detached. However, interior text block is nearly very good - binding is tight and pages only lightly tanned. Very readable. Story was a prominent Pennsylvania Quaker who traveled to various parts of this country. This is a collection of conversations on doctrines of Christianity and Quakerism recorded during these travels. Smith II:639.
