About the Author

Judy Anderson is a professional chef, baker, author, and two-time Food Network alum. A Brooklyn native now based in Queens, she has spent over 20 years working in the food industry, from fine dining restaurants like Majorelle and The Pierre Hotel to running her own bakery brand, Lil' Cup Bakery. Known for blending soulful comfort food with refined technique, Judy has built a career on both creativity and resilience.
