This little cook book contains"Selected Menus and Recipes for Cabins, Cabin Cruisers, House-boats, Kitchenettes, and Trailers." The authors have prepared two kinds of menus: one for those who wish simple, well balanced meals involving a minumum of work and a second set of menus for those who "take an artist's pleasure in the preparation of a meal." The condition is very good. The pages are free of writing, tears and folds but there is foxing on the front and back inside covers and on the DJ. The silver cover is clean and bright with the title and authors stamped in red and has no scuffing. The binding is tight.The outside edges of the pages have soil marks and there is a 1.5 " tear on the top front of the DJ.
