This edition distributed through The George Wiedemann Brewing Company (of Newport KY). Copyright date is 1912; publishing date not stated. Binding is tight. Pages unmarked but tanned (although not brittle). No dustjacket (probably none at issue). Boards with paper cover but cloth spine -- paper much scuffed and with several chips, including all corners.
