It is a practical guide for carers and health professionals caring and working with people in the early stages of dementia. It is easy to read with larger print than most books; an attractive lay out enables the reader to dip in and out of the book or read it straight through. The parts and chapters are clearly defined so that the reader can easily find relevant information. The summary points at the end of each chapter are most helpful, as are notes in the margins. The diagrams are clear and descriptive.
