Written by Elizabeth David, a British cookery writer with a strong influence in the revitalization of home cookery and traditional British dishes. In the original orange paper binding. Externally, smart with light shelf wear and sunning to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. Very Good Indeed.
