This is the 38 page booklet. Elizabeth David, a celebrated cook for many years, wrote about the different types of Le Creuset cookware and recipes using them. Covers are beige with illustration to front. There is some dustiness to front along with lights marks and patch where a label has been removed leaving. Back is lightly scuffed. Elizabeth David was a highly acclaimed cookery writer who successfully brought Mediterranian cooking to post-war Britian. This booklet covers cooking in Le Creuset cookware as well as Cousance who were purchased by Le Creuset. The front cover is clean, bright and with very good edges and tips. The back cover is lightly dusty in a few spots with a light crease otherwise very good. The spiral binder is very good. Contents are without writing etc. A few light age spots to edges.
