Pages are nice and clean except one stain on bottom page edges. Covers have light general wear and rubbed edges. Several pages bookmarked with creased corners. Book is specifically designed as advertising swag for real estate agencies, this copy has Century 21 Matison Realty of Tucson Arizona as subtitle on front cover, on spine and ad on back, business card pasted inside front cover as well. Full page color illustrations, 128 pages. This book is something of an oddity and a misnomer. An oddity because there is no indication as to how the recipes were submitted. A misnomer because there are a few recipes from famous people in the first chapter, but most of the book is a collection of recipes from ordinary people across the US (all recipes have contributor's name and location, all regions well represented). In fact, the title page is more accurate than the front cover: "From Our Home to Yours. A Collection of Recipes From the Homes of Some of Our Favorite People".
