Several years later, Sarah headed back to Japan, where she traveled the country collecting recipes and stories, culminating in this book. Currently the Senior Editor at tasteofhome.com, Sarah also writes a food and cooking feature monthly for The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. She lives in Wisconsin with her husband.
