Steve is a specialist in organizational psychology, with his focus being the junction where people and technology interact. His areas of focus include change management, time management, and distributed team management. He works as a speaker, author, consultant, and writer, to clients across the world, and is regularly called upon by media to explain issues dealing with cybersecurity, AI, blockchain and the future of work. Steve is a regular lecturer at the Management Development Centre at Ontario Tech University Academically, Steve graduated from Concordia University in Montreal in 1989 with a B.A. in Communications Studies and was valedictorian of the 1989 graduating year. He then studied law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, between 1989 and 1991, where he was the official Rhodes Scholarship Candidate for York University for 1990.
