Cool Time and the Two-Pound Bucket : Time Management for the 24-Hour Person

While most time management books focus on the 9-5 you, this book addresses the 24-hour you, taking into account the importance of rest, nutrition and life balance, in addition to organisation, as components of a workable strategy. Each chapter contains practical, personal techniques that will help you apply time management skills to genuine situations: holding time-effective meetings, dealing with distractions, learning to focus, coping with unrealistic workloads or negotiating with your manager over conflicting tasks. There are also suggestions on important non-work activities, such as vacations and enjoying a leisurely breakfast. This book will help you survive and thrive within the constraints of your busy life by giving you the knowledge, perspective and confidence to win back control over every minute.
