1943 edition of this novel signed in full (on the front free blank end paper) by the author, Katharine Susannah Prichard (1883-1969), who was a leading Australian authoress. Coonardoo was first issued in 1928. Also on the front blank end paper is an old newspaper cutting about Prichard. 275 pages. Text in good+, tight, clean condition. A little light foxing and a couple of small marks on the front blank end papers. The original orange cloth binding is tight, with slight edge wear, rather faded and with a few light marks.
