You don't need much to survive. Abundance creates indulgence, which leads to a bad way of life and unhappiness. We only need enough to live. We don't need all these things that people indulge in. It's not like you were ever happy! You had too much of everything, which leads to too much indulgence and more and more unhappiness! CAIRNS LEAD THE WAY
Cairns are there to help lost travellers find their way. In life we can also use cairns to guide us, to make the journey easier. Cairns are built from stones, and in our minds, we also have stones. Each stone possesses experience, often a mistake that we can learn from. If we lose our way and wander of the path, we can pick up a stone from our cairn and look at it, depending on our current need. Haven't you lost your way before? Strayed from the path? Doesn't that mean that there is already a stone in your cairn that you can look at and use to prevent you from making the same mistake again? What was the mistake? The stone keeps it! We have to learn from our mistakes in life. That is how we can turn a bad situation into a good one. You have stones in your cairn and they possess your experience, your sorrows and pain, all the mistakes that now help you on your way through life. When you look at the stone that possesses the mistake, you use it to avoid making the same mistake again. Then you can use the next stone, and the stone after that—all the stones possess experience that you can learn from. The cairn is built in your mind, and it is a part of you. It possesses your memories, your life.

Chapter Two
GIVE THE LIGHT
Alexandra, you have a universal knowledge, and it is your duty to use it toward advancing the light, advancing the world. The world is stupid, and that is why there is all this darkness. Use your deep knowledge to give light to the world.
Alexandra: "You say that I have universal knowledge, what does that mean? "
Rafh: "You have a direct, conscious connection with God, the knowledge surges through you. You have always sought beauty, tranquility, and silence, and thus, you established a connection with your higher self. One can only hear in the silence. The answers, the truth, the knowledge can only come to you in silence. One cannot hear anything in noise! God's Word is in the silence, that is when he speaks through you."
"This is missing for most people. Everyone hurries around in deafening noise, frantically seeking something or nothing. Everybody is looking for something, they just don't know what. People don't realize that they are seeking themselves, seeking God. They don't realize that only God is important, that without him, there is nothing. Without him, the pointlessness is complete.
"People are hurrying all around the world, frantically seeking happiness and fulfillment and think they can find it in the noise of the clubs, in the alcohol or the drugs, in the artificial high. But there they can find no satisfaction apart from a temporary one that only leaves more emptiness behind. Yet people are always going around in circles. They go back to the same clubs and seek out the same artificial high. What will you reap when you sow into nothing? Nothing, of course, nothing! Often people cross the line, and by that I mean that they behave wrongly and inappropriately, which means that ultimately, they would have been better off staying at home. Because what did they reap? Illness! They feel bad both mentally and physically, and they feel shame and humilitaion. That is an answer! But the stupidity is so great that people don't understand the answer!
"Many people humiliate themselves really badly, and the consequences are horrible, but they still let it happen again and again. Not to mention the more serious problems that can be the result of such a lifestyle, such as deterioration that can ultimately lead to crime!
"The speed and the excitement, the unbearable noise, the high, the party lights and the artificial joy are an endless road that has neither an end nor a beginning, and people lose themselves on the way! Many are lost and can't find their way back home.
"They are lost travellers in a pointless search for the things they thought could bring them joy and happiness, but they reap nothing. Some people bring damnation on themselves! Chasing will-o'-the-wisps and following misleading paths is the way downwards and can end in total darkness!
"Alexandra, you have never been a part of this kind of lifestyle, and you were given much intelligence and wisdom, and for that, you should be very grateful. You seek out the silence, and therefore you know everything the world needs to know. It is necessary to have a still mind to maintain mental stability. It is necessary to listen.
"In recent years, the forces of darkness seem to have taken over and started ruling the world! These forces have managed to swallow the lost ones whole. So what is more important in this sick world than to give some light? The world is facing a big battle, the battle between darkness and light!"
Alexandra: "I realize that, but I don't think there are many others who do. Light and darkness are something that people don't understand. I have always been interested in thinking about and dissecting life's issues, but it is difficult to find somebody to have a concersation with about the things that really matter. People are so busy with nothing. I have always thought everyone else was stupid and worried that I was being arrogant."
Rafh: "No, Alexandra, you are not arrogant, this is the truth, the world is killing itself with its stupidity! People are preoccupied only with themselves andnothing,everybodythinksonlyaboutthemselves,andlovingonlyyourself is darkness! You are right, light and darkness is something that people don't understand, and yet for many centuries, since the dawn of time, somebody has been talking about it although it has been called different names such as good and evil, God and the devil. There are two types of forces that fight, and have always fought for dominance in the world. I choose to call them darkness and light. These forces are also within us, and that is the greatest problem because if they weren't within us, there would be no evil forces in this world. The world is deteriorating fast, very fast! Before now, people's downward journey took longer before they reached rock bottom. Now people reach rock bottom straight away, because the darkness has become so powerful! The stupidity is so immense and the search for gratification so consuming that it controls people! It doesn't get better, oh no, it gets worse! Today everything is about money and sex! That is why people are more and more unhappy, get more lost, and more empty! The more money one has, the more unhappiness one suffers! The more things people spend their money on, the emptier they get, and at the end of the day, they have lost themselves! Yet people in their stupidity keep thinking about money, searching for more money, and think that happiness can be bought for money!
"Light and darkness wage a battle within people, and darkness conquers the stupid ones. We have a demon on one shoulder, he is darkness, and an angel on the other, he is light. The demon of darkness whispers in your ear encouraging you to do evil, to be tempted, to let selfishness and the need for gratification guide you. But the angel of light whispers in your other ear that you should resist temptation, live a healthy life, and let honesty and love for others guide you. Love is the light, therefore you should let love guide you and lead the way. Love is the strongest force that conquers everything. You know this, Alexandra.
Alexandra: "Yes, indeed, I know this, and I have been trying to pass this knowledge onto the people around me. My friend Anna was in a very bad way, and I have been helping her out of the darkness. She searched for happiness the world over, but only encountered more and more darkness. She lost her self along the way, travelling all over the world, becoming spiritually bankrupt. I managed to guide her from the darkness and into the light."
Rafh: "Yes, Alexandra, you committed a great act of love doing that one of many. You gave light. People don't know that the time has come to choose! To choose either light or darkness. Your actions towards advancing the light will be appreciated, and the rewards will be generous. What you do for the world you do for God and also for yourself. You support and build your own happiness by working for God, by giving light. Those who are at the power of evil live in darkness from which there is no way out, only more darkness. In the great battle, the light will eventually conquer darkness because love is the strongest force there is and God is all powerful."
Alexandra: "But how can it be that the light will conquer over darkness when the world is killing itself with stupidity and the people are lacking in love? Even if love is the strongest force, it can't win if people don't carry it within themselves. They are not letting love guide them through life! People are so stupid that they don't realize what God is, and therefore, they don't believe in him. People think that God is something old and unfashionable and only for the elderly to believe in. They don't realize that God is within themselves, and that he is also the universal energy."
Rafh: "Yes, you are right, Alexandra, and God is a higher power, higher than anything. That is why the light will eventually win, even if it looks at the moment as if darkness will conquer everything, and if it looks like darkness is now dominating the world. But people will wake up, and for that to happen, they need to be educated. That is why it is your duty, Alexandra, to spread the knowledge you have and to give light to people. Yes, people are stupid, and they think that God is something old-fashioned, but that attitude is changing already, and people will realize that God is the best qualities within each person—the greatest, most powerful and best things within them because God is the light. We can call this power God or light, love is light. Evil has been called Satan, the devil, Lucifer, and his home hell, but let us refer to everything evil by one word, which is darkness.
"Alexandra, you are the way that you are, but you don't recognize your own purpose. Give over control to the Almighty, give yourself to God and trust him. Why do you think you have been put through all these difficulties? You were given great wisdom, and that is the biggest, most generous, and most important gift of all. You were also given a lot of experience, which leads to emotional maturity. That is also a great and generous gift. All of your sorrows, the unbearable suffering, more pain than one person should have to tolerate nearly cost you your health. All of this has contributed to a precious gift that is experience and maturity. Do you think it was all for nothing? No, there is a higher purpose. All your life you have been hiding, sitting on your chest of gold, and nobody has been able to enjoy its contents, not even yourself. How about finally opening the chest, letting the world share it, and letting yourself enjoy it? Give and you will be given. You will receive your reward. Many have tried to coax you out of hiding but been unsuccessful. You always have, and always wanted, to remain in the background. But God still sends others to coax you out of hiding, and others will get their chance. But who will succeed? Many have discovered you and not understood, others have tried without success. Even though you have sat on the gold, there are still those who have benefitted from your knowledge, ability, talent, and love. Your helpfulness is invaluable, and in return, you have received from God a great deal of protection. You have God's protection, and that is a great blessing.
"Be grateful for your gifts, start using what you have been given, and let the world enjoy it. Life has been difficult for you and brought you much suffering. Let yourself enjoy what it gave you, because the suffering also gave to you, it didn't only take away. Your purpose is great, Alexandra, and much is expected of you, but victory will be yours. The love in your life matters much, because love is nourishment, and it is life's energy. Open up to love and let happiness in. But to achieve happiness, one must do what is right. That is what marks the right way and the progress of the light. People should learn from their mistakes, and nobody makes the same mistake again and again, apart from those who have learnt nothing. You have good judgement, Alexandra, and it is hardly possible to be more advanced in emotional and intellectual maturity. Love gives you life's energy, a power that is essential when battling through life, and love helps us find purpose in life. But what is love, and where can we find it? The only right way to find love is through God.
"The most important thing is God, to love him and to work in his favor. But God rewards all his children, and in his light, you will find your one, true love. Let him lead you and choose your love for you. He alone knows the right way. Give light and work in the light, then you are working for God, and nothing evil can thrive in the light. In the light you won't get lost, and you won't lose your way.
"Desperation and fear have no place in the light. God removes everything evil away from you, and you should be thankful for that rather than experience it as loss. Anna was continually looking for love, but she never found it. What she mistook for love wasn't love at all but desperation!
"Desperation leads people astray, and that happened to her many times. Horrible desperation and madness led her into more and more darkness until she reached the end and found herself considering suicide. But that is when you took her in for rehabilitation and helped her so that now she has a life. That is thanks to you, Alexandra, you gave her life. If it wasn't for you, she would be in an institution—that is, if she hadn't already killed herself. We design our own destiny. Everything that happens to us is either our own doing, or it is a gift that teaches us and matures us, but there is a great difference between the two. In the darkness, it is your own doing. In the light, it comes to you as a gift. God speaks, but it is necessary to listen! His voice comes from within. When you feel bad, that is an answer! It is an answer telling you that you are going in the wrong direction, that you reacted in the wrong way, or that you did something wrong! When you feel good and experience joy, then you know that that is also an answer. That means you are headed in the right direction, that you did something right."
Alexandra: "Yes, I know this. I can feel it in my body whether I'm doing right or wrong. You don't always hear the answers, you feel them in your body, they arrive through the body of emotions."
Rafh: "Correct, Alexandra, the light gives you so much. Throughout your life, you have sown seeds, and trees have grown in your wake, and these trees will bear fruit. Only those who sow will reap the fruits. Trees are growing in your wake, Alexandra, but they need both sun and rain. God gives us gifts, but how do we use them? He tests us, and how do we fare in his tests? Alexandra, the light is everything, that is the answer. In the darkness, things never work out, even though people haven't realized it yet. Maybe everything seems all right at first, and the people are fooled, but it can only come to a bad end.
"We see examples of this everywhere in life. It is simply a principle of life, a principle of cause and effect. As man sows, so will he reap. Everything we do comes back to us, whether it is good or evil.
"God is the energy of the universe that also lives within ourselves, and that is why everything we send to the universal energy gets projected right back to us. But in the light, everything works as it should, that is how the principle works. This you know, Alexandra, and you have said it yourself so many times. You have the knowledge because you are a pure medium, like an optical fibre."
Alexandra: "This I don't understand because I am not a pure medium."
Rafh: "You cannot be the judge of that, that is God's job, he knows you, and he judges you by your actions. If you are not a pure medium, then who is?"
Alexandra: "Recently I and Anna have been wondering a lot about life and the world around us, light and darkness, the principle of life and its purpose. I am helping her and teaching her, but at the same time, we are taking a spiritual journey. Now we know what is important and what isn't. The most important thing is to live in the light, but Anna has only started to understand this recently. She knows the difference between the two because all of her life she has lived in the darkness, and that is why nothing has worked out for her in her life ever. The madness had a strong grip on her and controlled her life, which in actual fact wasn't a life at all. She was a living dead!"
