Used Hardcover. Book Condition - Near Fine, without dust-jacket. Ex-library copy. 236 pp. + several pages of advertisements. Stated as "new edition" 1901. Bound in dark navy cloth on board with red and lighter blue print and decoration with embossed scene of 2 Native Americans viewing the horizon. Interior shows age related colouring, and has expected library paste-ins but no stamps or writing. Extremely Rare Publication. Ships from Canada.

Average shipping costs are based on books weighing 1.5 LB, or 0.6 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we will contact you about the need for extra postage. If the book is heavier or needs additional protection, charges will reflect the cost quoted by Canada Post.
