Description:
An unusual item. According to a not within, the part of 'Coral and Atolls' sent in as his thesis for the DSc Lond in 1910, bound by the author. Green cloth boards. No lettering to either spine or front. Boards are generally in good order, just a little grubby. Slight bumping to corners. Spine has bumping to ends. Textblock is in good condition, clean and tight although every page is drilled to the top right hand corner. Pages numbered 57-285 being part II - The Corals and the Coral Problems and Part III - the Atoll and its Problems. Author's bookplate to fep. Additional photos are available upon request.
