40 plates by J. P. Troy featuring various aspects and locations surrounding Cornell housed in a hardcover case. The publication information is not listed, but many plates show a copyright date of 1913. A few plates have a touch of rubbing, or a hint of wear to an edge, but are otherwise solid, clean, and sharp, a VG+ collection housed in a Near VG hardcover case with paper folds to secure the prints. The case has slight bumps with a touch of fraying to the cloth at spine ends and cover corners, some faint rubbing with a couple small spots of soiling and mottling to the covers, very slight sunning to the spine, and some light creases with a closed tear to the paper flaps.
