Cornell's Primary Geography : Forming Part First of a Systematic Series of School Geographies (Classic Reprint)

Clear, hands-on geography for early learners

This introductory primer builds knowledge from the ground up, using simple steps and large, engaging visuals to make the world real to students.

The book pursues a practical path: it starts with the Earth itself, its surfaces, and basic divisions, then gradually adds political boundaries and key places. Maps are designed to be readable and meaningful, helping learners remember what they see rather than just memorize facts.

Along with clear lessons, it features abundant illustrations and a dedicated vocabulary to support correct pronunciation and usage. A memory aid and a practical assessment approach give teachers reliable ways to track progress and pinpoint gaps in understanding.
