A 163 mile National Trail around Land's End and the western tip of Britain with some of the best coastal walking in Europe. With constantly changing scenery, the footpath takes in secluded coves, tiny fishing villages, rocky headlands, bustling resorts, wooded estuaries, and golden surf-washed beaches. It is an area rich in wildlife with seabirds, wild flowers, dolphins, and seals.
Edith Schofield is a New Zealander who has lived and worked in the UK for the last three years. A keen walker, she has hiked several of Britain's long-distance paths. She currently lives beside the West Highland Way in Scotland.
