RALPH H. KILMANN is professor of business administration and director of the Program in Corporate Culture at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. His previous books include Gaining Control of the Corporate Culture and Beyond the Quick Fix. TERESA JOYCE COVIN is a doctoral candidate at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.
