The Corpse in the Cold Room

How long can you keep something dead… before it starts waking up?

When a trembling officer delivers a frozen corpse, mortician Hank Blevins assumes it’s just another favor for the sheriff.

Secure the body.
Lock the door.
Don’t ask questions.
Don’t let it thaw.

But when the sheriff arrives acting like a stranger, the night turns violent.

What follows is a descent into madness as Hank and his assistant uncover a horror that won’t stay buried. The truth behind the body—what it is, where it came from, and who sent it—threatens to consume them both.

Something has escaped the cold.
And it’s evolving.
