Disbound pamphlet. No binding but all content is present. There is evidence of where signatures were bound together at one time. Edges are lightly soiled and some edgewear present. Title page has light foxing and interior is clean. This is a short document with dispatches from J. C. Firth and statements from government officials concerning charges made or published against Firth around 1870. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 9 pp.
