Costa Rica: Cloud Forest and Highland Birds

Beautifully illustrated, portable, durable, scientifically accurate field guide to the birds you'll find in the Cloud Forest and Highlands of Costa Rica. The illustrations are done by Mark Wainwright, who has loved and worked in Monteverde, Costa Rica, since 1991. They are accompanied by the names of the birds in English, Spanish, and Latin. The guide also identifies the North American migrants, South American migrants, the Passage birds, and the ones who live in Costa Rica's highlands or cloud forests year round. Slip this waterproof guide in your pocket or your backpack - when folded, Rainforest foldout pocket field guides are only 3.5" (9cm) by 8.75" (22 cm). They contain twelve 9cm by 22cm "pages" plus front and back cover "pages", and when spread flat are approx. 24" (61cm) by 8.75" (22 cm); printed on both sides.
