Heavy rub wear and large hinge splits to both front and back outer hinges. Heavy rub wear to edges and corners. Slightly more moderate rub wear to covers with some dirt stains and scratch marks. Minor inner hinge splits. Fly page nearly torn away. Creases to most pages. Tape repair to some inner pages. Text still readable, color on pictures still bright.
