The Workshop press, 1979. Soft cover. Second revised edition. Good condition. There is some creasing along the spine and the top and base of the spine have been bumped. There is a tear of around 1cm at the top of the spine. The fore edge corners have been slightly worn and bent. The inside pages, both text and image, remain crisp.
