The Cottage Cheese Prepared Many Ways: A Cookbook That Tells All!

Cottage cheese is one of these cheeses you either love or you do not. I think often there is no middle and you may need to run some tests with your loved ones before you start preparing some outrageous meals with this lovely cheese.

However, I think like any other food, of course, it is all about how you serve it. You must find ways and ingredients to match it with pleasing your family members. It can certainly be an enquired taste.

For my part, when I was young, I could not stand cottage cheese. However, as the years passed by, I was looking for a low-fat cheese to add to my salads and then I discovered the smooth and milky taste of cottage cheese.

This cookbook is full of very diversified recipes including cottage cheese. We want you to know that this often misunderstood and underused cheese is very versatile.

One thing to keep in mind is that it is not the best cheese to use if you are hoping to melt it. It will become rather liquid and may change greatly the consistency of your dish. But it is a great cheese to use to help ingredients blend or stick together, for example, cakes (that’s right cakes!), patties, or even meatballs.

Of course, cottage cheese is also eaten very often with fruits, with salads, or even in some sandwiches. Let us start this adventure and experience together this lumpy and yummy cheese, shall we?
