Spiral-bound quarto in tan paper covers with black titles and roughly printed wagon train illustration. A good+ copy with minor soiling to the light-tan covers and an upward bend to the lower front corner. Text appears clean and unmarked other than a previous price erasure to the top of the title page. 160 pp., with facsimile prints of the claims, a surname index, descendant lists for the claimants, and a few black and white photo reproductions. The first 23 (out of 88) donation land claims examined by the historical society. It is unclear if the other volumes were ever completed.
