The intention of this book is to inform its readers of their obligation to preserving health, and to redirect them to take back what has been handed over to their Doctors, Pharmacies, institutions, practitioners, or practices. Health is not in a bottle that can be prescribed, or any such thing given over the counter or on an operating table but belongs to the individual who is willing to preserve the most valuable commodity on earth (Health). Health is not a happenstance but a determinant of lifestyle and its choices, therefore, our choice MUST not be from feeling but from principle. Using the natural laws of health will safeguard and prevent disease and prolong life. Time, Choice, Trust in Divine help, Abstemiousness, Air, Sunlight, Water, Rest, Exercise, Diet. On these are built the foundation of Health so that our goals and dreams can be secured.
