Countdown to Kickass Management

Olivia, the daughter of a successful Vietnamese immigrant, inherits her father's ethnic bakery now employing 200 people, where she has only her education and no experience to run a business. Leo, having worked at the bakery for a long time on the shop floor has been promoted to supervisor, a position he struggles with. It is their journey as they are tasked with various workplace situations, some more serious than others.

They will experience Moments Of Truth related to employee events, similar to what you and I have experienced in part or in whole. Whether an absenteeism or performance related matter or in a union drive.
