Counter Punch

There are a million and one roads to the riches, but avoid those potholes and ditches, or wind up another indigent, prose litigant probably not even guilty. By no means innocent, the newest fixture in a mixture where no love exists, where they count you like gold but treat you like shit. Where every day is stormy, Monday even when it’s dry out, and sunny where men laugh just to keep from crying cause there isn’t a damn thing funny. Where every moment is two things: testing and a lessoning, where you learn without question that freedom is life’s most prized possession. When asked how did I make it? I reply, definitely not by faking it, I’m known to handle mine well, from bell to bell.
