Undated but believed to be published in the early 1940's. The book has no dust jacket and the book covers are green board and very faded and marked. Inside the pages are foxed and discoloured. However all the text is readable and clear and there are beautiful drawings and full page coloured illustrations by A.E.Kennedy.There is a hand written inscription by the owner on the first page.
