The Courage To Be You: The Key to Unlock Your Resilience and Confidence as a Leader

Do you ever feel like you need to put on body armour just to survive the boardroom?

Maybe you hold back in meetings, put on a mask, feeling stuck in overwhelm or are frustrated with yourself for not showing up, all while wanting to appear confident. The truth is, hiding who you are does not protect you.

In The Courage to Be You: The Key to Unlock Your Confidence and Resilience as a Leader, Dr Lizzy Bernthal shares her S.O.A.R.™ methodology, a framework that helps leaders shake off self-doubt, silence their inner gremlins and step into their empowered leadership without sacrificing who they truly are. With practical tools and inspiring stories, she shows you how to feel bulletproof in the boardroom, no body armour required.

You will discover how to:

• Lead with vision and purpose so you wake up each day with clarity, motivation and a sense of direction that goes beyond the daily grind.
• Build the courage to step up and own your space without apology, even in high-stakes conversations.
• Move from overwhelm to calm by creating simple routines and mindset shifts that allow you to stay grounded and focused.
• Break free from people-pleasing, perfectionism and the trap of fitting in so you can finally lead with conviction.
• Transform difficult conversations and conflicts into opportunities for influence, connection and lasting impact.
• Strengthen your resilience so that curve balls no longer derail you and instead become steps to success.

Imagine never second-guessing your leadership or capability. Picture yourself setting the tone for a workplace with zero toxicity where you and your team excel.

It is time to cut through the noise, let go of the armour and lead as you.
