The Courage to Move Forward

What if the thing keeping you stuck isn’t your circumstances—but what those circumstances have convinced you to believe?

Maybe life hasn’t turned out the way you expected. Fear has made you hesitate. Rejection has left you questioning your worth. Disappointment has worn you down. Grief has changed the landscape of your life. Shame keeps reminding you of what you’ve done—or what’s been done to you. Doubt whispers that it may be too late.

But your story isn’t over.

In The Courage to Move Forward, Robert Pooley offers honest encouragement and practical wisdom for anyone who knows there is more ahead but isn’t sure how to get there. Drawing from decades of helping people navigate change, loss, failure, fear, and new beginnings, he shows how courage is not the absence of uncertainty—it’s the decision to take the next step anyway.

You’ll discover how to break free from what has been holding you back, rediscover your identity and purpose, face fear without letting it control you, move beyond rejection and disappointment, find strength in seasons of grief and burnout, and recover the joy and hope you thought you had lost.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.

You just need the courage to move forward.
