Uncertainty is the only constant. From corporate upheaval to societal shifts, today’s leaders face high-stakes decisions that test their values, resilience, and ability to drive meaningful change. In Courage Over Fear: Harness the Power of Agency to Lead in Uncertain Times, Kristen Kavanaugh and Mike Randolph offer a rallying call for leaders to step up, reclaim their agency, and meet this defining moment with courage and conviction.
As fear-based leadership fractures trust and unity, leaders who act with courage and integrity are needed now more than ever. Drawing from their experiences at Tesla and their work with The Agency Initiative, Kavanaugh and Randolph introduce The Agency Loop—a structured approach to navigating uncertainty with authenticity, agency, and growth.
With practical strategies, real-world case studies, and hard-earned lessons, Courage Over Fear equips leaders to:
• Seize agency—Take control of decisions that align with your values and mission.
• Navigate uncertainty with confidence—Turn fear into opportunity and chaos into clarity.
• Reject fear-driven leadership—Build trust, resilience, and curiosity instead of control and division.
• Confront today’s greatest leadership challenges—From the deprioritization of DEI to political and social polarization and the rapid rise of innovation reshaping the workplace.
This isn’t just a leadership guide—it’s a call to action. Whether you’re a frontline manager, an experienced executive, or a changemaker ready to disrupt the status quo, Courage Over Fear will equip you to rise to this moment and lead with conviction.

Store description
Sharing is the best surprise When we share our excess with others we¿re often surprised by what we feel, what changes in us, and who we get to know in the process. Sharehouse Goods exists to create that experience for as many people as possible. Sharehouse Goods receives excess stuff from individuals or organizations (our sharers), and then we liquidate that stuff, creating jobs for people in Milwaukee. The process is simple: we receive what people are willing to share, and then we sell it online or at our storefront, creating revenue for the sharers (to keep or to donate), and jobs for people who are struggling to find employment. There¿s a lot of sharing going on, and even more surprises, at Sharehouse Goods.…
