Undated, ca 1845. Complete in ten books/sections. 3 x 4.5 inches. 328 pages. Hardback with elaborate decoration tooled in blind, gilt lettering to spine; age-soiled, rubbed, and edgeworn, including chip from rear corner of spine head. Binding sound. Loss to fore-edge margin of the last page of the index, compromising the page numbers indicated for these entries. Prior owners' sketches and scribblings to endsheets and fly leaves; tiny bookplate at rear paste down; pages toned, foxed, with occasional dampstaining. Text else unmarked.
