About the Author

Price M. Cobbs, M.D., a Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, is an internationally recognized expert on executive leadership, management development and corporate diversity. He has lectured and published extensively on the dynamics and effects of racism. He is the developer of "enthnotherapy," a clinical model capable of changing attitudes and assumptions arising from racial, ethnic, and value differences. Earlier books include Black Rage and Jesus Bag.

Judith L. Turnock, Esq., an attorney, has devoted her professional life to the struggle for racial, gender and economic justice and to closing the communication gap between blacks and whites. For more than a decade she has coached managers and executives in private, government, and community organizations.
