The first story "Two Letters' is about the romantic entanglements of two women with a young Nval Officer at Tiupati during his Post Graduation in English Literature Examinations at shri Vnenkateshwara University and later receiving two different love letters from both, a long one and the other short.

The next story is about aman's' First love', one in the teenage period and at the other when he became an adult. Both occurred for a short time, then they got separated for 4-5 decades but his heart craved to see them once atleast and finally that did accomplish.

'The Innocuous girl' delve upon an intimate relationship of a young Executive with a married colleague Jayawanti. The fourth one speaks about the extra ordinary deep relationship of young Alpa with a senior General manager, who eventually wishing to be his second wife but remained a spinster throughout.

The last one is an angelic married woman gives her heart and soul to a married man but had a long break as she had to join her husband overseas for some three decades. She later findsand join him owing to changed circumstances and perhaps with God's wish.
