Create A New You

In scripture we read, "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." To think with your heart is to think with emotion. We all have a clear self-image of who and what we really are. That self-image controls us to the extent that we truly are what we think you are. The purpose of this book is to help you change the inner belief system and by doing so you can create a new you. You really can change that inner picture of yourself by doing so you become that person that you truly want to be. "Create A New You" is the replacement for the book "Two Weeks to Health and Well-Being" which is no longer in print.
